This fine cosmetics purse is made using a wonderful Liberty London Tana Lawn Fabric called "Tatum". Tatum was produced on Tana in 1955, this print is said to be derived from a 1930s archive design.
I have used a combination of Japanese linen and Liberty fabric for the exterior and lined the pouch with a florid cream cotton poplin. The pouch has been reinforced and is stiff enough to hold its shape. I have finished it with a strong canvas and lace handle and you can choose to have a satin bow embellishment or not.
Measures approx:17cm long, 4.5cm deep and 9.5cm wide. I only have a couple available and when they are gone, they are gone!
♥ Liberty Tana Lawn was launched in 1920 and originally used cotton from the shores of Lake Tana in Sudan. Liberty cotton in exceptionally fine, light and strong with a smooth sheen that makes it feel comparable to silk. There is no doubt why this is the most famous fine cotton in the world.
